Lucky Lychee has found its permanent home in The Green Man, Winchester, where it offers an authentic taste of Malaysian cuisine. The pub and restaurant is co-owned by James and his wife Nicole.
James highlights the versatility and efficiency of the iCombiPro, “If I could give one piece of advice to someone considering buying an iCombi, it would be to think about all the space that it could buy you. We use it to fry meat, to seal meat, to steam, to roast, to sous vide. If you look around your kitchen and think about all the pieces of equipment that you use for that, that you could replace, it makes a compelling argument.
The iCombi Pro is the piece of equipment that gets the most use in the kitchen. From bao to dumplings to fish, vegetables, and its ability to maintain a temperature and get very quickly back to that temperature, there isn't anything else that can perform like that. It's the piece of equipment that gets the dirtiest, but it's also the quickest to clean of everything.
I think it's a self-explanatory piece of kit. All the programs are really clear and easy to find and super easy to use, super easy to train new people on."
