Previously run by outside companies, the 14 Stadium kiosks were brought in-house ahead of the 2021/22 season, to meet the demands of match days, each Kiosk is installed with an iCombi Pro cooking system from Rational. The pandemic affected their business in particular recruiting casual staff. However, the iCombi Pros are helping Hibernian to navigate these issues due to the ease of usage which enables faster training. It’s all about speed of cooking and speed of service in a football stadium environment. Previously they would need to cook the food and hold it for up to an hour before selling it, but with the faster cooking times of the iCombi Pro it is so much easier for them to cook the food just before it’s needed and improve the overall quality at the same time.
